Recent NEWS

As a follow-up to the Brocher Foundation workshop, a special issue of a journal is planned. The Brocher Foundation has made some funding available for this purpose, for which the workshop organisers are very grateful. The special issue will be on the theme of “North/South dialogues on humanizing health sciences education: critical pedagogies and situated perspectives” and led by Dr Berna Gerber, Dr Michelle Pentecost, Dr Thomas Cousins and Dr Guddi Singh. All workshop participants have been invited to contribute papers. The special issue proposers will continue to post information about the planned special issue on this website, including a confirmation of the name of the journal that will be participating. We are looking forward to continuing our exciting conversations started at the May 2016 workshop and sharing these with the MHHA community.
